Now is the time to sign-up for a public tour at the MCBONES Coyote Canyon Mammoth Site before the tours end in October. The tours last up to 2 hours. It includes a presentation about the history, discovery and findings at the site, plus there is a guided tour of the laboratory activities and displays of key specimens and the interpretive panels. The remaining time is spent out at the dig site.
